Entry-tier nano-ceramic automotive window film from Ceramic Pro. Ceramic X is the smart step up from dyed and carbon films — true nano-ceramic IR rejection, crystal-clear visibility, and a lifetime warranty at an honest price.
KAVACA Ceramic X is Ceramic Pro's entry-tier nano-ceramic window film — your first step into the world of true infrared-blocking ceramic technology. A nano-ceramic-particle layer rejects heat at the wavelengths that matter, without dye, without metal, and without compromising the look of your glass.
At any given shade, Ceramic X outperforms dyed and carbon films on heat rejection while delivering the crystal-clear visibility of nano-ceramic construction. The sweet spot for drivers who want real ceramic performance without the flagship price tag.
On a Kansas summer afternoon, untreated glass lets up to 60% of solar heat through — turning your cabin into a furnace and forcing your A/C to work overtime.
Ceramic X's nano-ceramic particles selectively block infrared wavelengths from 780 nm to 2,500 nm. Your cabin stays cool, your dash, leather, and electronics stay safer, and your fuel/EV range improves.
Most "ceramic" tints from other brands are dyed films with a sprinkle of ceramic. Ceramic Pro KAVACA Ceramic X is the real thing — a multi-layer nano-ceramic-particle composite at an entry-tier price.
Rejects up to 88% of infrared heat — the part of sunlight that actually feels hot on your skin — using selective nano-ceramic absorption, not reflective metal.
Equivalent to SPF 1000+. Protects your skin from UVA/UVB on long drives and keeps your dashboard, leather, and electronics from fading and cracking.
No dye, no fade. Ceramic X will never turn purple, bubble, or go cloudy — and it's backed by a transferable Ceramic Pro lifetime warranty against failure.
No metal layer means no degraded GPS, no flaky Bluetooth, no LTE / 5G drop-outs, and no interference with toll transponders or keyless entry.
High visible-light transmission on lighter shades and razor-sharp clarity on darker ones — no haze, no graininess, no glare bouncing back at night.
An adhesive layer holds shattered glass together in a side-impact or break-in attempt — keeping fragments out of the cabin and the glass intact longer.
KAVACA Ceramic X is available in seven shades from 5% (limo-dark) to 70% (nearly invisible). Every shade gets the same nano-ceramic IR rejection and 99.9% UV protection. Local laws apply — we'll walk you through what's legal in Kansas and Missouri.

Every Ceramic X install at Fuel House is registered against a Ceramic Pro manufacturer-backed lifetime warranty that protects against bubbling, peeling, cracking, delamination, and color shift — for the life of the vehicle.
Every install is reported to CarfaxA traditional dyed tint will save you a few dollars today and cost you in heat, fade, and bubbling within a few summers. Here's what changes when you step up to real nano-ceramic with KAVACA Ceramic X.
Ceramic X is the entry-tier nano-ceramic window film in Ceramic Pro's KAVACA® product line. It uses a nano-ceramic-particle layer — no dye, no metal — that targets the infrared wavelengths responsible for cabin heat.
Compared to a traditional dyed or carbon tint, you get dramatically more heat rejection at any given shade, the crystal-clear visibility of true nano-ceramic construction, and a manufacturer-backed lifetime warranty.
Kansas allows 35% VLT or darker on the driver and front-passenger windows, with darker shades permitted on rear windows. Missouri allows 35% VLT on front side windows. SUVs, trucks, and vans typically have more freedom on rear windows in both states.
We're fully versed in the legal limits on both sides of the state line and will recommend the right combination of shades for your vehicle. Medical exemptions can apply — bring your paperwork.
A typical sedan takes about 2–3 hours, and a full SUV with a rear hatch about 3–4 hours. We can do same-day appointments in most cases, and we offer a comfortable lounge with Wi-Fi if you'd like to wait. Curing is virtually complete by the time you drive off — full cure happens over the next several days, during which we ask you not to roll your windows down.
No. Purple-fade and bubbling are caused by dye breakdown and adhesive failure — both properties of cheaper dyed films. Ceramic X contains no dyes at all, and uses a Ceramic Pro manufacturer-grade adhesive tested over the lifetime of the vehicle. Your Ceramic Pro lifetime warranty covers both, just in case.
Absolutely — and as a Ceramic Pro Elite Dealer it's one of our favorite stack-ups. Many of our clients add a clear KAVACA windshield film for full-vehicle UV and IR coverage, and pair it with a KAVACA Paint Protection Film or Ceramic Pro nano-ceramic coating on the body. Mention it when you book and we'll bundle a quote.
Pricing depends on the vehicle, the shades you choose, and how many windows you include. As a guideline, a typical Ceramic X install lands between Carbon X and our flagship Ultimate IR — scaled to your vehicle's size and complexity. The Ceramic Pro lifetime warranty is included — there are no add-on warranty packages.
The fastest way to get an accurate number is to send us your year/make/model and we'll quote you back the same day.
